It’s that time again.  Now that we are over the record high temperatures, the temperature is dropping.  Last night a low of 41 degrees already, no goose bumps seen yet.  Make sure to make it to the market and farmers stands around town.  Sweet corn is still in season, and great to cook in tin foil with a lot of butter!  It is officially Fall!  I think one of the best times of the year!  The leaves are rapidly changing and dropping to the ground.  Mid-October is peak viewing time for fall leaves across Iowa, according to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, so plan accordingly.  Take a fall drive and enjoy the beauty of Iowa.

See you next time!
