Here I thought perhaps it wasn’t necessary to share my garden tips, yet another year has passed and here I go again. This year has been another weird start. Rain was almost daily, resulting in delays in spring planting. Some planting got drowned out. The good news is it’s finally almost over and about 90% complete. This year there is a lack of seeds available. Some area’s as much as 3 weeks behind in garden plants for customers. I was told by my supplier he has a large demand on seeds and plants. He planned to finish up his large demand by the 27th of April. Demand is at an all-time high this year. Some new plants are Strawberry King Kong, the biggest and best tasting ever! Fire Queen Clematis flower 4 to 6 flowers in May and June and again. Pruning is necessary, prune out old wood and weak steams in late April and May. Inferno Cana is a beautiful foliage. Edelweiss is growing in popularity. Painted Daisy’s keep your garden pests out of the garden and are a good choice for your flower bed.
