Happy Fall y’all! I hope everyone is enjoying this nice fall weather. Residents have been taking advantage of the weather by spending time on the patio relaxing and talking with friends. This month we will have the last of our outdoor concerts for the season ending with the Accordion Club and the Bonnie & Mike Band! Oh, how we have missed our entertainers!
During the month of October, you will see several activities based on Fall/Halloween. We will make boo-tiful door décors, TP pumpkins, corky pumpkins and candy goodie bags. We’ll reminisce about walking in the woods, night songs, and Halloween. We will learn about owls and have some owl poetry.
With the cooler weather, here please make sure to check with your loved one to see if they need warmer clothes, hats, gloves, and coats.
October is National Physical Therapy Month. Thank you to all the Physical Therapy workers at the Gardens! You guys do great work.
The week of October 4th-10th celebrates Food Service Week. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to our residents and tenants.
