Candidates should have a passion for customer service and caregiving, however, previous experience in caregiving is NOT a requirement! We are willing to train and invest in the right candidate. Tell us what makes you a good fit for this work.
As a Universal Worker/Medication Manager you will be under the direction of the Assisted Living Director. You will provide assistance and reminders to tenants with aspects of daily living as provided in their service plan. The duties also require, but are not limited to assistance with light house keeping, laundry, dining and assisting with assessments.

The Gardens of Cedar Rapids is a locally owned and managed senior community that opened in August 2017. Our campus includes 30 apartment assisted living, 12 unit assisted living memory care, and 40 bed skilled nursing facility.
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
Pay based on certification and experience
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
