Our state-of-the-art therapy center offers an array of equipment including a full-service kitchen allowing residents to practice in a ‘real life’ environment in preparation to be successful when transitioning home.
Our fully private rooms provide the security residents need in order to feel comfortable while concentrating on building strength. We create a personalized care plan to help those utilizing our services with a seamless transition home.
Outpatient Therapy:
Individuals needing to work with therapists may have the option to participate in outpatient therapy services. This allows the individual to continue their transition home with the same team that supported their success at The Gardens of Cedar Rapids!
